A: At Stentons Cakes, we strive to provide a personalized experience for all our customers, and this includes accommodating cancellation requests whenever possible. If you need to cancel an order, we require a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. Cancellations within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, as ingredients and preparation time have already been allocated.
For Custom or Wedding Cakes we require 3 weeks notice for cancellations prior to delivery.
